Description

Player awards, varsity letters, and a sendoff to the senior class are some of the highlights for the evening. Cost will be $20 per person, paid in advance. Coaches, managers, and players receive a complimentary meal through the Boosters. Dinner will be a two entrée Italian buffet featuring chicken fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti with and without meat in the marinara. House salad, garlic buttered breadsticks, hot vegetable, and soft drinks will also be included. If there are dietary restrictions or would like a vegetarian meal, please include information within payment. Payment should be turned in by Friday, May 27th. Please pay via Venmo @SLP-LAXRS or check payable to LAXRS and provide the completed form below to Nolan Richardson or Cheryl Richardson. If you plan on attending the banquet, you must register (player or guest). If you have already completed the paper form and have paid, there is not further action.
