She Who Is: The Transformational Journey of Embodying the Divine Feminine in Leadership She Who Is: The Transformational Journey of Embodying the Divine Feminine in Leadership This presentation will review the historical research on the Divine Feminine and its influence on leadership. The research on Metaphysics, the Divine Feminine, and the journey into the soul, gives us insight into what it means to be a leader in an ever-changing and evolving industry and world. There is a need for a new definition of leadership that embodies a Divinity more sacred than we may have been able to see. We will discuss the call of the soul to lead and the heartbreaking truth of what leadership entails. Whether new to the behavioral healthcare field or you have been working in the industry a long time, the research and experience show us that the true leader is one that understands that leadership starts from within, inside the heart, and within the soul. The call to lead is one of true Divinity. In fact, leadership is truly a Holy revolution. Leadership requires transformation of ourselves as well as of those we are asked to lead.
