I am looking for 2 men for a Brooklyn Project; You must have experience and knowledge installing hardwood (glue down), rip-ups, prep. work, 3/4" plywood install, laminates. Porcelain and Marble tiling for future projects as well. 7 years experience is ok. I have over 30+ years myself. No Teams. Seeking 2 separate individuals. You must have your own basic tools. 8 hours of work. $18 hourly starting. ( IF I SEE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, I WILL GIVE YOU $20hourly. 30 minute break for lunch, I will still pay you 8hrs. DL is ok but not necessary. Follow directions! Neat and detail work is important! Must know how to; cut wood, (ply and 2x4's ), measure, base moldings and repairs Light moving furniture to move. Garbage disposals. TOMORROW MORNING WORK BEGINS 05/22/2022! ( A BLESSED DAY TO WORK ). NO DRUGS or DRINKING please. Please no BS!,.
