Enjoy the healing vibrations of the sound as you rest, restore and rebalance. *Be prepared for a short meditation, 75 minutes of the sound bath journey, followed by a closing moment of silence. *Participants may lie down or sit during some or all of the performance. Please wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring blankets, pillows, and any other items that help you feel safe and comfortable.
