Responsibilities: • Oversee and implement landscape projects and maintenance • Make sure crews are properly outfitted and wearing proper attire • Ensure crew always has proper safety equipment • Provide direct leadership for the crew and provide any required on-the-job training • Direct project phases in proper order • Assist with Project Management and perform job within allocated time parameters set by sales • Coordinate work site and crew • Maintain accurate times and notes on your tablet through SAP system • Conduct final inspection of all jobs before leaving property including full site cleanup of tools and site reparation • Continuously improve knowledge, education, and industry awareness • Keep trucks and trailers clean and professional looking • Responsible for inventory of all tools in your assigned trailer • Complete daily DoT logs for trucks and utilize asset tracking software to report any equipment that needs servicing • Interact with clients as necessary in a professional manner to discuss project expectations. • Must be available weekends during peak season and to make-up any rain dates during the week • Must be available during the winter months to participate in snow program Requirements: • Must always be punctual and professionally attired • Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to drive a truck with trailer • Able to lift/carry 50 lb. bags of product • Record daily workflow through assigned work tablet • General working knowledge of landscape equipment Pay: $22 – $28 per hour based on experience Benefits: • Medical Insurance (60% company paid) • Disability & Life Insurance (100% company paid) • Voluntary Life Insurance (Additional) • Voluntary Accident Insurance (Additional) • Employee Assistance Program (100% company paid) • Simple IRA (2% company match) • MA Paid Family Medical Leave • Paid holidays • Annual Performance Bonus Please include your resume/related work experiences when applying.
