A month of Hydrangea festivities concludes with the always spectacular 2022 Hydrangea Garden Tour! This self-guided rain or shine event will feature five distinct gardens, showcasing picturesque and stunning landscapes, some incorporating the Blue Fish River and Duxbury Bay . One of the properties, containing a local historic mansion, will also be open to the public. There will be en plein air artists in several gardens as well as Mr. Mal Condon, the Curator of Hydrangeas at the Heritage Museums & Gardens, will be onsite to answer questions and demonstrate gardening techniques. All proceeds from this event, as well as the other events, will help support continued beautification of our town gardens, funding of our club scholarship and other educational programs. The starting point for the Hydrangea Garden Tour will be Alden House, where brochures and maps will be distributed to tickets holders.
