There are very few licensed muslim foster families in DMV area to care for displaced muslim children who are at risk of loosing their religion, culture and idenity. As result of this shortage, most muslim children have been placed in non-muslim foster homes. Attend the workshop to hear from Imam Magid, Dr. Zainab Alwani, and Sister Raghad Bushnaq on the Islamic perspective of fostering. Loudoun County foster care representatives will be going through the process of becoming a foster parent and answering any questions.
