Discover new artwork and old history on this walk near the riverfront in Newport, finishing at Moondawg’s Studio at Newport on the Levee. Meet the group in front of the Newport Aquarium for an exploration of the art at Newport on the Levee. Then we’ll walk a few blocks to the Campbell County Courthouse for a little history and some very old weaponry. We’ll visit the World Peace Bell and walk by some beautiful buildings on our way to the Purple People Bridge. The whole route is a little less than a mile long and we’ll finish back at the levee for bubble tea from Bon Mi Street and browsing time at Moondawg’s Studio. The tour is free; you buy your beverage. The tour will take place rain or shine.
