In this Wine Education session we explore the diverse world of AGAVE based spirits with special guest - Harry Webler. While it is certainly not wine, AGAVE based spirits, are one of the few spirits that, as an agricultural product show a distinct flavor profile attatched to their unique growing regions - TERRIOR! This class will focus on several styles of Agave beverages from Tequilla to Mezcal. We are welcoming a guest speaker to this class for some added depth. Harry Webler is an expert of spirits for the Skurnik import group and will guide us through the land, laws, terms and drinks that encompass the agave based spirit world.
