Sunday Meditation, Root Chakra Welcoming you to True Self Treasures root chakra meditation. We will be having a sunday meditation once a month, focusing on our chakras. We will be meeting as a small group having conversation on the root chakra and begin with listening to a guided meditation. A small tumble stone will be provided to you every meditation group that you attend focusing on the chakra.
