We will do yoga and take a moment to observe the different birds and plants that call this forest preserve their home.
There are so many different ways you can enjoy being out in the forest preserves! Visit Eggers Grove Forest Preserve with us as Donisha Reed, of Wellthy Living Coaching and Consulting, LLC, guides us in Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga.* We will then take a short walk to observe the natural space around us. You won’t want to miss this!
Make sure to dress for the weather, we will try to be in a shaded area. Masks are encouraged, but not required. Please bring a mat or rug that you don't mind using in a grassy area. Mats will be available for the duration of the class if needed. Beginner friendly!
Meet off the Caretaker's Building, by where the parking lot splits. We will be meeting right behind the building.
* Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together to create a fluid and continuous movement between poses. Connecting one's awareness with the breath also creates a moving meditation that calms and focuses the mind.
