The Idea
We started with women's camps, but we need something for the boys too.
Come to training camp. Work on your lifts. Slang some weights. Make some friends.
With the goal of growing the sport of weightlifting and the community around it, MASS will be hosting weightlifting camps (1-day camps as well as full weekend camps) directed at becoming a better athlete and advancing in the sport, whatever that means for YOU.

Sundays are for the Boys: Men's Weightlifting Camp will max out at 12 registrants, ensuring that all attendees will get a high amount of technical attention as well as be able to ask any and all questions that they may have.
Lunch will be provided. Please indicate any allergies. If you have a very specific diet or needs, bringing your own food is recommended.
Training sessions will be designed by Coach Kyle of MASS.
All participants will receive a shirt and have the option to purchase a "Sundays are for the Boys" flag.
