How’s the summer bod coming along? We’ve got you covered with 2 days of fitness classes on June 4th & 5th! We pride ourselves on the weekly fitness programs that we offer but, we are taking it up a notch to organize a weekend of more sweat!
Saturday, June 4th 7AM - Koga Fitness with Pat8AM - Elite Line Dancing with Eddicia & Friends9AM - Zumba Fitness with Dorcas, Renee & SweeneySunday, June 5th 8AM - Yoga with Melitta9AM - Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Dee & Ayesha10AM - Glute Camp with AyeshaIn partnership with @collabdancestudio, we will welcome local fitness partners and vendors to give you a 45-60 minute demonstration of fitness programs all are welcome to try!

1. Do I need to bring anything?
Please remember to stay hydrated! Bring a bottle of water (or 2) and yourself! You may also bring a yoga mat or towel if desired.
2. Where will the event be held?
The event will be outdoors in the Food Court Parking Lot (near Avalon Blvd.). Located in front of Panda Express.
3. What if I want to join future classes?
SouthBay Pavilion and Collab Dance Studio host fitness classes every week. You can get more details on the classes they offer by scrolling down or visiting their Instagram pages (click below):
