Celebrate Memorial Day with a FULL MURPH workout!
The Murph is a veteran workout honoring Lt. Michael Murphey (SEAL) who was KIA 28 June 2005 in Kunar, Afghanistan. He was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his sacrifice and bravery. Every Memorial Day the Murph Challenge is a very popular workout across America. We will host a full Murph, with an outdoor running path for the mile.
The Full Murph is as follows: 1 mile run, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pull-ups, 1 mile run.
