Katazome indigo dyeing. FRIDAY Katazome, a Japanese method of dyeing fabrics using a resist paste applied through stencils called Katagami, was originally used to primarily print on kimono fabrics during the late eighth century. During this workshop participants will use stencils, rich paste and indigo to design a cotton wall hanging. As this is a service. All sales are final. There are no refunds.
