Come join us for our Sound Bath & Guided Meditation Journey! About Us: We are in the process of starting a non-profit called, Hui Mālamalama (www.huimalamalama.org). We are a spiritual wellness group that hopes to open a brick-and-mortar center that will allow people to discover, learn and practice various healing modalities such as massage/cupping, reiki, meditation, and acupressure. Additionally, we will have a full library of books, tarot cards and crystals. The first step in this journey is to offer free/donation only workshops, like the one we will be holding. While we are just starting out on this journey, we are excited to see what the future holds. About this event: We invite you to join us for a sound bath (@earthsinger_ayumiueda) session followed by a guided meditation. This sessions will be held at Mu Barre and Temple, second floor, in Kailua. Please book the time slot you would like to attend and please arrive 10 minutes early. We will be starting on time. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat to lay on. There is no cost to attend this event, however, donations are greatly appreciated.
