Even if you’ve owned a dog previously, greyhounds are a unique breed with their own characteristics and needs. We will have our Adoption Coordinators there teaching you how to prepare for your first greyhound. This is a free training and so critical to the successful transition of the greyhound to retirement. We will cover: Transition anxiety Gear Kids and Greyhounds Other dogs and Greyhounds Food/bedding Monthly medications Tips and tricks for working with your new greyhound And an opportunity to ask questions!
