Bella was at the 7/11 store on South Congress & Ben White on Sat 5/14 and a older Hispanic male in a blue truck took her. Bella is a 7yr old Black Labrador Retriever with some salt & pepper fur around her snout and butt. A patch of white on chest and on 1 paw. Has a skin tag on her lip. Has a green line tattoo on belly to show she has been neutered.
