Bike ride to raise awareness for mental health and addiction recovery. Tour de Recovery is the brainchild of endurance cyclist, teacher, and coach Cork Snider from Orange, California. This ride is inspired by a friend and former student's journey from addiction to recovery with the love, care, and clinical support from Mental Health Systems. He will be biking from San Jose to San Clemente to raise awareness for mental health and addition recovery. Join NAMI-OC and Mental Health Systems as we welcome Cork and fellow riders at his 4th stop in his home town! Join us for music, guest speakers, wellness activities, performances from local students. At the end Cork will continue on his ride and welcomes anyone who would like to join to bring their bikes and ride along. You can check out his planned route and stops here.
