A unique, fun experience! Goat yoga in Alpine, San Diego! Come to this outdoor, Goat Yoga class and experience this unique event! Hosted in Alpine, East County, only 30 minutes from downtown San Diego. Every Saturday 9am-10am.No, the goats will not jump on you (it will hurt!), but they will adorably distract you from your yoga practice! They are very friendly, sweet and playful. They might try to eat your yoga mat, but the the Sherpa Louie will protect you!
