Females in Action (FiA) is a FREE peer-led workout group that's meant to build bonds and support each other in all areas of life. Join us EVERY Saturday starting Dec 12th for a peer-led workout group that does more than just build muscle! We are a community that builds a sisterhood which is meant to build each other up and support one another. This group is for ALL fitness levels and will be 100% equipment free, just bring your beautiful self! Must be over 16 years old. *COVID Note: Social distancing will be observed and masks will be worn at appropriate times.
