This demonstration style class will teach you simple recipes for quick pickles from Yvette's blog, YDelicacies, and from her forthcoming cookbook. We'll discuss how to customize your pickle flavors and creative recipes to serve these puckery accompaniments. Elizabeth Percle of Bienvenu Kitchen Gardens will be available to answer your questions and schecule consultations for your kitchen gardens.
