We are proud to partner with local YogaSix Studio this coming season! Join us for new and exciting classes. Yoga at the Farm is a series of yoga classes held at Hunkapi Farms. Each of the workshops will have different styles and instructors, allowing you to try something new and find what you love! Join us on Saturday, May 28 for Yoga at Hunkapi Farms with Dubraskha Arrivillaga. The morning will begin at 5:45 a.m. with check-in. Yoga will proceed at 6:00 a.m. Join YogaSix on an uplifting journey for all levels. Your instructor will guide you through breathe and movement in a delightful combination of exploration and mindfulness. Class is designed for everybody whether this is your first time on your mat or your hundredth. Come enjoy all the benefits of moving your body in a fun, safe space. About Dubraskha Arrivillaga: I began my practice 16 years ago as part of my cross-training during my 21-year career as ballet dancer. While the physical aspect of the practice felt relatively easy, finding stillness in my mind and connecting to my inner being proved to be a challenge. Yoga has helped me to re-discover movement, and meditation has helped me to find my SELF. I have learned to use both as healing tools, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have taught ballet for the past 17 years, and I am so excited to be able to continue and expand my knowledge and passion for teaching through the art and science of yoga, meditation, and sound healing. To me, yoga is about synchronizing breath, movement, and connecting body & soul so we can come back home: to our SELF. My hope is to nurture and encourage my students on the mat, so they live a more fulfilling life off the mat!
