More than a health club, the Center focuses on the development of total well-being, with the belief that wellness is a balance of social, emotional, spiritual and physical health. From the beautiful 25-meter swimming pool to the indoor and outdoor running tracks to the cardio and weight rooms, the Wellness Center is your one stop shop all of your fitness and wellness needs. The Wellness Center is open to the entire community, for adults over 18 years of age. Come join us in the great outdoors for a Pilates Mat class. Pilates Mat is a total body, non-impact workout that stretches, strengthens, and lengthens the entire body with emphasis on the core muscles. Be sure to bring your water bottle and yoga mat with you. No yoga mat? We will have extras to share with you! All levels are welcome. All participants will receive a free guest pass to come visit the MUSC Wellness Center.
