Elevate your next summer gathering with wines and small dishes sure to beat the heat! Want to impress guests at your next outdoor gathering with new wine picks for the summer? Join us Thursday, June 9th for an informative 5 course food and wine pairing. Featuring tapas curated by Dorsia Pasta Co, each dish will be paired with a tasting of either bubbly, whites, and rosé. The tasting will be lead by Grassroots representative Lauren Sandberg, who will dive into the background of each wine and what dishes to pair it with at home. *Doors open at 6pm and the event will start promptly at 6:30pm .
