Hello, My Name is Stefan Kaiter and I am an artist and craftsperson currently operating out of Berkeley California. I am looking for a new workspace, and reaching out to the community through different means to see what might be available for rent or work trade. Ideally this space would: -be around 700 sqft or more -have vehicle access (roll up door/enclosed fence) and parking for two vehicles -have some amount of outdoor space for painting and messy work -have 24 hour access -be suitable for metalworking (welding/grinding/blacksmithing) -have a space where I can make a raised bed garden -have water and electrical If you come across this add and are interested in leasing your space to me or inquiring further about my work, send me an email or give me a call. I am also open to work trade arrangements for folks who might need their property fixed up or beautified. I am open to workshop opportunities in the wider bay area and have been looking from Santa Cruz to the Delta.
