LICENSED PLUMBER - NEEDED TODAY - $300/day - PAID CASH! We need a licensed plumber that can professionally install up to code the following: - Replace an existing shower valve set with new shower kit set (see photo attached) - Rough in a new shower stall, install new shower valve and handle - Rough in a double vanity, shut of valves, and hang vanity (see photo attached) - Turn a single vanity into a double hanged new vanity (see photo attached) - Hook up plumbing supply line and drain to wall hung toilet that is already mounted - Hook up a washer/dryer combo (see attached photo) - Change out tank to tankless water heater For labor we pay CASH each day with CashApp/Venmo/PayPal/Zelle (your choise) so you never have to wait for payment. REQUIREMENT: - Years of Experience and with tools - A valid Driver License - Own a Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own truck) - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal We are real estate investors and flippers looking for quality installers (on strict budget).
