DON'T NEGLECT THE STRESS
When it comes to our health, so many of us tend to focus on eating healthier and exercising and using better products. While these things ARE great for your health and CAN help with stress, it's not enough.
We get so caught up in the day-to-day...our jobs, taking care of everyone else around us, cooking, cleaning, scrolling social media and just the hustle and bustle of modern society. We often forget to truly relax...to breathe...to listen to our bodies...to spend time with ourselves. We often don't even realize just how stressed we are.
Stress causes inflammation in the body which leads to disease and medical research now shows that as much as 90% of illness and disease is related to stress. So don't neglect the stress.

The class will be held at the Authentic Coaching and Reiki Center for Healing. I will start the class with some breath work and Shayna will lead us in some gentle yoga as Lydia moves through the class with her magical, massaging hands.
