These classes are offered for free in the essence of Dana (selfless generosity). Those who wish may also practice Dana by offering a donation at the center.
Bring a mat if you have one— the center has a few extras.
This class follows our morning meditation class at 9AM. All are welcome to come early and attend. Note: In-person meditation will not be held May 14th and 15th. The yoga class will still be held that weekend.
