HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Wine in the Woods kicks off Saturday in Columbia's Symphony Woods. There will be artisans and crafters on hand, a variety of food vendors available and an array of entertainment including Shades of Blue, The Reflex, Bad Influence Band, Blue Miracle, Slick Hamptom, The Moonlighters and Misspent Youth.
