We are looking for a hard-working/dependable laborer to join our team. We are mobile home park developers and are looking for someone who has attention to detail, self-motivated, and can work independently. Experience in light plumbing, light electrical, yard maintenance, painting, light carpentry, demo, cleaning, and mobile home repair is very helpful. Willing to teach those areas that you are weak in is possible for the right person willing to learn. This is serious work and do not apply if you are not interested in putting in a hard's day work. Hands-on testing may be required during your interview process. Please bring pictures of the type of work you have done in the past to demonstrate your ability.
