Gleam Detailer Pay $20+ per hour (+ tips) – 2 years of detailing experience mandatory Required Skills - Detailing experience - Buffing/Polishing - Ability to understand and diagnose paint issues, correction needs, scratch removal. - Complete working knowledge of all common detail procedures & systems. - Excellent attention to detail - Use of common detail equipment such as: * carpet extractor * paint polisher * degreasers * brushes * pneumatic tools * compounds * pressure washer * steamer. Preferred Skills - Wet sanding - Auto body detailing experience - highly preferred Gleam operates a fast paced, detail shop with quick turn around times. We are seeking someone with detailing experience (auto body, marine, aircraft). The ideal candidate has some auto body and paint knowledge and can understand paint, use a depth checker, remove scratches with a high speed buffer and/or wet sanding. Other basic common functions of detailing are expected from this candidate, such as using a carpet extractor, pneumatic tools such as a tornador, 3" air polisher, compressed air guns, drill brushes, etc.
