This event celebrates HIV long-term Survivor Awareness Day with a family and community focus on prevention, addressing all areas of health. Theme: Kickstands up: Bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts will join with community partners, medical vendors, food truck vendors, residents, and families throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. Together, we will honor long- term survivors of the epidemic and raises awareness of their needs, issues, and triumphs. This year's theme is Kickstands Up for the Cure: In it to END it. The Ending the Epidemic's ultimate goal is to end the epidemic in the United States by 2030. Outreach is key to dismantling HIV-related stigma, providing prevention strategies, like pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and educating the community on the need for optimal adherence to ART therapy to halt the spread of HIV. This event will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Howard Park 1302 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 from 11:00am to 3:00pm - Bikers will met in the east side parking lot of Florida Career College (to the right) at 9:30 a.m. 6058 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417 - Kickstands Up at 10:30 a.m. to arrive at 11:15 a.m. - Arrive at the Howard Park at: 11:15 a.m.
