This role is located at a warehouse in Wilsonville. Forklift certification is ideal, but not required. Personality Characteristics: We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable person, who works well in small teams. We need someone who is capable of extended periods of repetitive manual labor, and who finds enjoyment in pushing themselves to constantly improve. They must have a great attitude, work hard, and get along well with others. Responsibilities: · Be part of a great team culture · Maintain a clean and safe workspace · Build a minimum quota of units per day (after training period) · Be teachable and willing to learn and adjust to different work methods · Safely use a variety of tools including rivet guns, drills, hammers, screwdrivers, etc. · Occasionally assist the warehouse employees with unloading trucks. Job Requirements: · Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds · Must be able to perform moderate to heavy manual labor for extended periods of time · Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated · Must have a great attitude · Must understand basic warehousing and inventory · Must be able to utilize technology as needed Can train on forklift! *Temp job, up to 6 months
