Grab your binoculars, it's spring migration! As the days warm, join us for a morning walk as we search for migrating birds like warblers! DESCRIPTION: Learn how to identify and listen for bird species of all kinds during this hour-long birding program. From March-May, we'll walk the trails at Lorrimer Sanctuary looking for birds of all kinds including beautiful migratory warbler species that will only stop over in NJ for a short time on their way north. This program is open to all birders, from beginner to experienced! Dress appropriately for the weather! We will be outdoors the entire time. COST: $8 members, $10 non-members NEW JERSEY AUDUBON'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES: Staff and participants are recommended to wear a mask while indoors if they are unvaccinated. Sanitizing stations and plexiglass will remain in place to continue to encourage people to be mindful of health practices and to respect people’s personal space. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Dress appropriately for the weather. This program is entirely outdoors. CANCELLATION: : NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
