B & R Events, LLC presents Southern Gala: The Year of the Ox, a black tie optional event (this year with a middle finger salute to 2020) General admission tickets are $85 per person or $160 per couple and feature: • Complimentary parking • Red carpet reception at 7:30 pm with a welcome cocktail • Heavy hors d'oeuvres from Hilton Greenville • Three full open bars featuring a variety of liquor and beer (that's right- all drinks are included!) • Dance party with Complete Carolinas featuring DJ Payne • Party favors • Interactive photobooth from FamZing Studios • Entertainment VIP admission tickets are $110 per person or $200 per couple and include: • Complimentary parking • Red carpet reception with a welcome cocktail • Heavy hors d'oeuvres from Hilton Greenville • Three full open bars featuring a variety of liquor and beer • Dance party • Party favors • Interactive photobooth • Entertainment PLUS • A donation straight to T.E.A.L. and NAMI • Early entry at 7:00 • Private area with special appetizers • Private open VIP bar featuring a variety of liquor and beer • Desserts Rolling with a squad? Get a VIP table for 8 for $800 No refunds unless the event is cancelled We reserve the right to change event times to accommodate local government ordinances Tickets are transferable with notification to the organizer Must be 21 or over No jeans allowed. Gentlemen must wear a jacket. Attire is "black tie optional" Some of our COVID-19 safety precautions- Hilton requires all guests wear masks in their shared areas like the lobby unless actively eating or drinking. As you approach registration- we will have a temperature and wellness check and all guests will sign a waiver. We are capping at 250 guests. The tables will have 8 seats at them as opposed to 12 to promote social distancing. All Hilton staff has to abide by their strict cleaning and other COVID guidelines. They can be found on their website. We are using mostly disposable cups and of course cans for beverages. Any food that is not in an individual serving will be served by a server directly from the food station to the plate and into the guest’s hand. There are numerous hand sanitation stations throughout the hotel. Please let us know if you have specific questions.
