Still haven't found any help. Any local programs that are offering vouchers? There are now 2 that need to be fixed. Male and female. Vaccines are up to date so I don't need those. JUST FIXED. I have a heeler who is in heat and I need to get her fixed. Anyone know of a place that helps with that for low income? I'm on ssi and my son moved back home with this puppy, she's just over a year. Thank you for any info.
