GREENSBORO, NC — A man was found dead in the parking lot of the McDonald's on the corner of Holden Road and West Gate City Boulevard in Greensboro, North Carolina, on Friday morning, according to a report from WFMY News 2. A McDonald's employee found the body around 7:40 a.m., according to the report. Police do not suspect foul play, but a medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
