VW MECHANIC NEEDED TO HELP RESTORE ‘83 VW VANAGON

Hi, so I’m looking for someone to help restore my air-cooled 1983 Volkswagen Vanagon. Cosmetically: the inside is all original and in decent condition. The only major repair needed is the pop up top needs to be replaced. Mechanically: she’s had many a motor over the years.. until finally, I decided to get smart and splurge on a motor that I had custom built and shipped to me from one of the best VW restoration companies in California. It wasn’t cheap but totally worth it, since she’s run pretty great every since. Only problem is that she’s been sitting, without being ran, for quite some time now.. so could probably use a new paint job. I searched for rust and didn’t see much of any but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there… since it’s not like I crawled up under her or anything like that. Also should mention that, due to the fact that I am moving, I would need to have her towed to you as soon as possible. Also, should tell you that I was contemplating selling her and honestly, it’s a possibility that I still might (just a fyi in case you were interested in possibly purchasing). The main reason that I’ve changed my mind and decided to restore herb instead is because of my kids. They have basically bugged the shit outta me to fix her up, and get her back on the road, so that I can take them camping in style! Either way, I’ve got cash and I am willing to pay whatever it takes.
