Clean Crews and Paint Crews Needed

I have 400 apartments that need to be painted and cleaned in the dorms off-campus for July 26-August 14. 2 projects one in Atlanta and one in Chatanooga TN (1.5 hours away) Both projects have about 400 or so rooms to be done. Room and Board are provided Cleaners need to bring their own supplies. Paint is provided, but painters need their own brushes, etc. Insurance and W9 are required for contractors This job is fast-paced and high stressed. **Serious Inquiries Only!** Our private contracting comapy has 15+ years of combined Operations/Marketing experience in the Student Housing space across the nation. We are currently operating in the Southeast region and looking for contractors that are industry professionals, to execute successful Turnovers in the apartments we are awarded this year.
