Looking for a handyman to fix fence and gate. There are other similar repair tasks as well. Paying $35 per hour daily. The location is Wedgwood, North Seattle. I would like to avoid any bids, people coming look at the job, complicated discussions, etc. The offered pay is hourly, not for job. There is no catch. The gate needs to be reattached, the fence needs to be straightened. After that I can show other similar house projects that need attention, and you can decide if you want to work on those. To get going, you can just come, bring your tools, i also have some tools, and get going. Craigslist is full of flakes. I know what I will receive a number of canned responses from people who did not read this post. To eliminate those, please respond with a couple of windows of your availability (not to look at it, to actually work on fixing it), and confirm that you have seen the location and the rate, and you are ok with it.
