I’m sad in writing this, but after two years of trying to figure out our son’s allergies, we have found that he is extremely allergic to our three parakeets. We’ve had them for three years now, and in that time I have tried to hand tame, but that’s not what they were about. They are happiest not being touched. The green and yellow one will tolerate being held, the dark blue as well, but more likely to bite, and the light blue… wakes up everyday choosing anger, but not to his bird friends. Just to our hands. There will be a small rehoming fee of $100. They come with their cage, a whole bag (unopened) seed, treats, millets, and toys/perches we rotate in and out every couple of cleanings.
