RPI-Company, a growing contractor specializing in multi-family and commercial property maintenance and construction, is seeking a Construction Foreman to work on a variety of projects including but not limited to renovations, rough and finish carpentry, flooring installation, demolition, concrete flatwork and other tasks. Primary Duties Include • Intermediate rough and finish carpentry, including the safe and proper usage of hand and power tools • Wreck out of existing concrete and concrete pouring and finishing • Kitchen remodels and upgrades involving the removal and installation of cabinetry and counter tops • Installation of both tile and sheet good flooring • Wallboard installation, finish coating, and repairs • Installation of trim work according to design specifications • Wreck out and construction of wooden and composite decks • Installation of electrical fixtures, doors, appliances and other finishing products Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent degree • Intermediate mechanical knowledge • Fundamental understanding of intermediate carpentry skills including the ability to complete assigned tasks without the need for close supervision or instruction Physical Requirements • Frequent kneeling, lifting, standing, reaching above shoulder level • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds several times per day • Ability to safely operate large power tools including table saws, jack hammers, saws-all, and others Generous benefits package & compensation includes health insurance, short term & long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid vacation & holidays, and 401k.
