Fulton Ultimate Frisbee is hosting a training day. Frisbee 101. Designed to teach people that are brand new to the sport. We'll go over rules and basic strategies starting at 4 pm at Fulton Jr. High School. The day will end with a practice game from 5:30 until 7:30. This group meets every Sunday (and possibly Thursdays) this summer at 5:30. So if this sounds fun to you, come on out and learn the ropes.
