Need to Put Up Sun Screen on High Ceiling Window

Hi, We have a townhouse with a dormer window that we want to cover with aluminum foil to keep the hot sun out. The two windows are about 15-18 feet up off the floor. So we need someone who has the right kind of ladder that can be brought through the house and extended to reach the windows. Thanks!
