I was sitting at a red light. Guy turns the corner, into the lane where I was. He was accelerating and slammed right into me. My vehicle totaled. I got ride to ER. Despite a lot of witnesses, he ran. A guy behind him stopped to see if I was ok. He told me that guy had just hit two other cars before slamming into me. I asked him to follow the guy and get his plate number. He did and told kops where he went. Turns out he simply went home. Apparently they went there and arrested him. He was got EIGHT CHARGES for his crime spree. He was so under the influence that he did not even know.he hit me! They had a "hearing" and he pled guilty. ONLY TWO CHARGES, DUI AND NEGLIGENT DRIVING. The states attorney decided to drop 6 of the charges. Fleeing and eluding, leaving the scene of an accident X 3, leaving the scene of an.injury accident X3. And 2 others. THEY GAVE HIM PROBATION! Obviously there us no justice in the courts and no law in law enforcement. Why do they have laws if the judges ignore them. This judge said "she gives probation no matter what if it is a first offense" The attorney ssid she has given probation to an person who caused an accident and a cop was in the hospital for months. Apparently the only punishment is they have to pay the state- the hell with the victims. To make it worse I did research and found a similar accident less than 6 months earlier. They drop most charges then give them probation! Both of these criminals are COPS!
