We are Divinity Property Services.... We provide rental service for tenants and property management services for our commercial clients and homeowners. Our program is designed for those with less than perfect credit. Our process is streamlined and simple: We lease the apartment through our Corporate Leasing Program and you have a home to reside in. If you have less than perfect credit, we can assist you with your new apartment/home in the DMV area. Our fees: We charge a $75.00 application fee for each adult 18-years and older (this covers background check(s), including credit/rental/criminal backgrounds), once approved you will pay 1st month rent and full security deposit and a $350.00 administrative fee at signing the lease. You can lease a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom home with our agency. (The $350.00 administrative fee is due prior to move-in and reserves your apartment/home). (NOTE: Our fees are covered within the rent and fees are 20% above the rental rate at the apartment complex). For example if your rent is $1,000.00 the upcharge of 20% will make your monthly rent $1,200.00.
