We are a close knit marijuana farm looking for someone who likes to have fun at work while also working very hard to get the job done. Our team is one of a kind and we expect a lot from them, they work hard to make sure it all happens and we appreciate them for that. Keep in mind, this is a working farm. You will get dirty and work hard. The perfect candidate must be open to learning and meet the following criteria.
Skill Set Requirements
• Repeatedly lift 50 Lbs throughout the day
• Bend, kneel, twist, and lift, etc. repeatedly throughout the day
• Stand or be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Pass a federal background and obtain fingerprint clearance card
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Be a team player
• Work individually
• Manage time efficiently
• Easily transition and help in various departments as required
• Get to work on time every day
• Communicate with integrity and professionalism while following instructions
• Be honest, approach all concerns with integrity and respect.
