Looking for childcare

I am looking for in home childcare for my autistic 7yo and someone to pick my daughter up at Tobias at the end of the shift and possibly drop her off for summer school. I work from home, I am available for any emergency. Pay to keep my son will be 11.75 an hour through his medical insurance 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. Any OT over will be paid direct $15 an hour as well as weekend hours if needed. I am a single mom, so it is just us in a large home and the children have their own rooms. We also have a large backyard and plenty of things to do. You would need experience with babysitting/childcare, would need to start in June and pass a background check. Male and female caregivers are welcome. Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license, no felony.
