Neither party gives a shit. Capitalism is about maintaining poverty so that people are forced into low wage jobs or crime in order to survive and ultimately become imprisoned and used for free labor (slavery). And if the population within America dwindles, they will open the borders in order to find more low wage workers who will gladly accept them because capitalist have bombed their countries into oblivion. Until workers can dictate their own working conditions and the flow of money, we will continue trickle up economics (capitalism) which produces billionaire oligarchs who buy the government and control the government so that it works for them and against the working class. Abortion is not a concern for ether party until population begins to shrink and tax payers/dollars shrink with it, then they will be concerned. They only care about humans as labor stock to produce wealth and consume silly products which humans use to feel good about themselves and as Steinbeck refers as “temporarily embarrassed billionaires”. If you protest or refuse to do so because you actually see the pyramid scheme capitalism is, then they will further fund and militarize the police to ensure capital/capitalism is protected. Just like they shot coal miners who protested working conditions ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Blair_Mountain ). Capitalism MAINTAINS poverty both nationally and internationally. Because after all, who will pick your food in the sweltering fields ? Who will flip your burgers that are giving you ass cancer ? Who will pick the coffee beans ? Who will mine the lithium ? Again, neither party gives a flying shit about abortion, they use it to get voters and rile their base to take the red pill or tue blue pill.
